Monday, 20 June 2011 11:21 amI've made plans! This is important, because I usually don't leave the house without them. So I'm going to go out on Wednesday to see Green Lantern with some friends.
Yesterday I went out to dad's with my brother, for Fathers' Day. It went rather a bit better than I'd hoped. I also played lots of ME2 there... ^_^; Well, the laptop was with me, so I figured, why not? So I did Miranda's loyalty mission and got most of the way through recruiting Samara. Then a gunship killed me. /: Fun times, right? That encounter is like right at the end, too... /: Anyway, I'll probably try again soon.
There's this decadent kind of feeling around summer. I mean, you've got no commitments, other than ones you make yourself - if you want to just lay around and sleep all day, you can. Life in general isn't really like that, though, so coming off the end of "high stress! lots of work! deadlines!" to having nothing to do and nowhere to be is a little weird, you know? I think I'm still getting used to it... but then, it isn't going to last, so should I even be trying to get used to it at all?
Hnnnngh. If I have time to introspect, I have time to play Mass Effect. So I'd better go do that.
