(Explanation: I was going to make shepherd's pie last night, and we even bought everything I would have needed, but then I... didn't. Then, when I tried to explain why to my mum, she just kind of totally didn't get it, and I don't know if it was because I could have explained better or if she just couldn't understand.)
May or may not drag Atropos to school with me today; I haven't yet decided. It's not supposed to rain, so I don't have that excuse (though it wasn't supposed to rain yesterday, either, or at least that's what I heard Monday; then it started raining right as lunch ended and I had to walk home), but then I really honestly wouldn't bring it if it were raining, since my 'laptop' bag is not terribly waterproof.
Played more Latale! My engineer is level 19 now, haha. I hear that once you get to level 40 or so all the quests get super grindy until like 60 or 80, but since I kind of grew up on grind-heavy games, I don't think I'll mind. I just hope that it doesn't get much harder to solo... I'm thinking that, at least for engineers, it's kind of like in IMOQ - the level of an area is analogous to your level if you have a party that's all around that level, but if you're going solo you'll want to be two or three levels higher. And if I'm really lucky, then it'll stay at two or three levels higher.
Also, I remember yesterday in physics class that I had something I wanted to mention... besides, of course, the entire class expecting the test to be maths-based only to receive a concepts-based test. Um... oh, right! So there's this junior, he's pretty smart but lazy, and also kind of an asshat. So I guess he didn't do the homework for the sections that the test was on, and I told him, "Yeah, it really wasn't all that hard; took me about an hour." To which he replies, "I bet it'll take me fifteen minutes. Probably less." Which was a ridiculously arrogant thing to say and also really pissed me off, enough that I remembered it up to now and cared enough to post about it. I hope the homework took him forever |:<
Anyway, off to frost orange rolls. 6:
