We're watching Star Trek in MS Office class. I AM SO EXCITED. Also, I have been fed a glazed donut, so I am VERY SUPER EXCITED. Mmmm, donut. :9

Pillow fight yesterday was very unepic! Some idiot told Jacob about it once class started and he called his mom and asked her to bring him a pillow. Let me repeat that, just so the super lameness can set in: he called his mother to bring him a pillow. I can't believe it. Also, I no longer have an art class. This makes me very sad.

ahhhh technical difficulties are making it difficult to watch Star Trek ahhhhh

Uh. Played more FFXII yesterday! Got through the Henne Mines without incident; it really wasn't that difficult and my nine-Quickening chain followed by a Concurrence took of over 3/4 of the boss's HP. Then we went back to Eryut, did some ~*stuff*~, and went back through the Golmore Jungle.

Only to be ambushed by a GIGANTIC TREE DRAGON.

I wish I could say that I totes kicked its ass. I didn't. ): I was totally unprepared and my sure-fire boss-kill strategy actually failed. ;_____;

YESSSSS THE FILM IS ON OMG YES STAR TREK YES /excited

Played more FFXII yesterday! (I actually had the levels backwards; Balthier, Fran, and Ashe were 16, with Penelo at 15.) Uh. But anyway. Went through the Ogir-Yensa Sandsea, the Nam-Yensa Sandsea, and am now at THE TOMB OF RAITHWALL. In, like, the first area, haha. I think Balthier and Fran are... 18, now? Basch is 16 and Vaan is... 15 or 16, I forget which. I don't use him that much, really. Balthier and Basch have all 3 quickenings now, too, with Penelo, Fran, and Vaan at 2 and Penelo at 1. I'm working on it, okay?

Flying Voldie man snake is in final draft stage now. I started drawing scales on him. I hate drawing scales ): They take so loooooooong ):

I should probably try playing Metroid Prime when I get home, rather than lapsing into FFXII (in my brother's room, on my first PS2, with all the electronics going and the heater on and under a comforter with the dogs like right next to me... man it's so comfy. And warm. And makes me want to fall asleep, actually...), if only because I haven't played MP in a while and I... really probably ought to. Or maybe I'll start FFXII when I get home, and then when mum gets home I'll stop, and if she drags me out to dad's I'll probably play Folklore (or maybe not, since that's probably what I'm going to do tomorrow), and if she doesn't then I'll switch to Metroid.

Which reminds me, I started doodling a Super Metroid comic, but gave up on it a little bit after 1) my abysmal doodle of Draygon and 2) I would have to flip the page over to draw the last three or four panels.

I should probably do the last assignment for MS Office class! It's the very last assignment for this class (as far as I know)! There's only, like, one week left in this term, haha. That means a lack of updates from school which... may or may not mean a lack of updates about school (but... probably not, because I talk about school a lot OTL).

Mez gave me the first Maximum Ride book today. It's... interesting.

PERSONA 3 PORTABLE ON JULY 6 HELL YES

In other news, Flying Voldie Man Snake is coming along well. I... actually need a reference of Voldemort's face to be able to properly draw his, but. I'll manage it. Flying Top-Half-Fish Man Cat is also coming along (though that one's not mine) and it looks... really cool. Scaaaaaaales aaaaaaaah I don't want to draw them all ;____;

Spent some time this morning playing FFXII instead of, like, doing the history homework that was due yesterday. I'm in the Ogir-Yensa Sandsea (yeah, I know, so far from where I left off). I only had about an hour so I got to go forth into a couple of areas, kill a few things, and then go right back to the save crystal. xD; I did swap Balthier from guns to poles, though; I actually wanted to swap him to swords, but I... don't have any spares and anyway, he's got a giant purple pole strapped to his back now, it's funny. I'm going to grind until Fran can get one, and then grind some more just because Basch and Vaan are only at level 13 and the rest of the party is 15-16 I feel like it (probably). I can grind forever in that game, it's really weird. At this rate everyone's probably going to have three Quickenings before I even fight the first Demon Wall, haha.

There's a sub in this class and it's rather annoying. Mmm, teenage "priviledge". Also it's storming like mad out. Mmm, thunder.

Christmas gifts are many and varied, and that's just from the troop. I really do think my favorite is the card that Melissa drew me. Josh, Ovan, and a metroid drinking tea together. <3! Party in first block, nobody ate the food I brought except for, you know, us. Second block I managed to actually beat somebody at Tin Pin! :D Unfortunately, I only won two out of five. ): Third block is somewhat of a kind of party; well, there's pizza, anyway. I probably actually ate more than I should have, because there's pizza next block, too. \: Seeing Avatar today! :D! In IMAX-3D, at that! :D! It'll be interesting to see how that pans out. (:

So I just finished this personality type/career survey we're supposed to be taking right now, yeah? These things always toss left brain things like the arts at me, and while that isn't completely inaccurate, I'm actually rather evenly split between logic and creativity. But no, it threw a ton of artistic careers at me and only a handful of computer science and law (with a smattering of sciences that I hate and a few that I would never in a million years consider, like pre-school teacher, or religious educator.)

But that's not why I'm posting about it. No, I'm posting about it because one of those artistic careers it threw at me? Was Composer.

...yes, that was the punch line. I play too much TWEWY, really.

I don't care what Mrs K says about Access. It is not fun. Making databases is not fun. Entering information into databases is not fun. I probably wouldn't bitch if I were doing this for a job, but no, it's just for a class that I don't even need to take.

Not!amused me is not!amused.

Tried e-mailing myself my project from art, only to realise that, with the way we were supposed to name it, the computer can't figure out the file type. Hopefully that's just this computer, and my laptop will be able to read it properly, but I'm not entirely sure.

Brought Megaera for some musical accompaniment as I worked. It worked brilliantly.

Reading the Fridge Brilliance section for Gurren Lagann only drove home the point that I need to watch that series. I never got very far because my computer kept crashing every half-episode, but that's fixed, so it should work now. And I've got all weekend... twenty-six episodes, ~thirteen hours... I can manage that in a weekend, yeah? Besides, I can start on episode 2. (:

Though I do get the feeling that Kamina's advice to Simon ("Don't believe in yourself; believe in me, who believes in you!" and all its evolutions) are going to hit home. .___. Well, if I'm in tears, I'm sure they'll be tears of awe at the sheer awesomeness of the series! And if I do end up crying, I'm sure it'll be worth it, because surely I'll be able to learn something from it.

Hi Wizard 101 addiction. |: Hopefully you'll last longer than my zOMG addiction, or my SMT:Imagine Online addiction (though, to be fair, that last one would probably have lasted longer if it hadn't started literally three days before my computer died last winter). Hopefully you're not a gateway drug to something like WoW, because I do not have time for WoW.

Sketched, lined, and cleaned up near the entire scene for my art project. The background is still just a sketch so far, but I lined everything else and I started coloring not!Vaporeon. It's a funny scene... at least, I think so. I mean, not!Celebi is hovering in the corner looking decidedly Not Amused, not!Vaporeon is just stepping out of its pond looking very "Oh snap!", and not!Snorlax actually it looks rather a lot like Snorlax is asleep on not!Celebi's flower garden.

Need to finish APUSH homework tonight. Of course, mum is also tasking me with mopping the kitchen floor omg as soon as I get home which... well, she stayed home today, so that's going to be a problem. I generally don't like doing cleaning-type things when mum's around, because they generally result in "Oh, now was that so bad?" type statements and it makes me want to punch something. B|

I... think there was going to be more, here, but then I totally forgot what I was going to add. ):

Photoshop doodling in art class! I have my tablet today, so once I actually got Mr Engle's attention so that he could put in the stupid password so I could install the driver for my tablet, it was pretty epic.

Just presented college presentation; my hands are still trembling a little bit, but elsewise I'm fine. I did okay, I think, though I think I also read a little too much off the slides. n___n; That's okay, nobody else was as sarcastically amusing as me.

So we're doing a project in Photoshop for the next couple of weeks in art class. Not only did that mean that today we spent the entire block going over super super super basic things (like how to make a layer! /shoots self) but he never did tell us the requirements for the project. ...well, at least I can bring my tablet tomorrow and use it.

Uh. Totes just stalled like mad to not present college presentation today because... uh, no.

Got further in Super Metroid over break! :D I've beaten Spore Spawn. /nods ...of course, I have like no health and I'm in Norfair, so if I'm not careful I'll die in like two second because I walked into the wrong door, but I think I can manage things.

I don't know if matters have improved over last week. I'm still not feeling the group dynamic... or, rather, I'm not feeling my place in the group dynamic. It's a little disconcerting.

So I just remembered this major project for MS Office class that I, obviously, didn't work on during class because there were much more interesting things to do and I'd finish it during break, obviously, that makes way more sense, I'll have loads of time!

Yeah. Just remembered it.

Fuck.

edit: Well, that's done. Now I just have to do the goddamn English ids. |:<

Unearthed Meg, put on the old set of tunes, and had her on the charger for about half an hour; it lasted maybe an hour and a half. I can't complain, because it got me through second block, which was what I was hoping. Also found my earbuds! Interesting story about that, actually. I woke my brother up to ask him if he had any I could borrow, so he goes into his bag and pulls out a pair. I'm all, "Okay, cool, I'll have these back for you later." Then he tosses them to me and I'm, "Hey wait, these look like my earbuds!" Turns out they, uh, were. So he's not getting them back later, suffice it to say.

History test was not actually that bad. I totes totes totes can't complain. Can't complain about French project, either, because I got a chance to cram while sitting outside the French class waiting for Mme Qadir to show up so I could turn it in.

Anyway, it's third block right now. I'm sure I'll find something with which to amuse myself for the next fifty minutes or so, and then French class should not be too bad at all. Even if Meg's battery did totes die on me.

...and apparently the people in this class are trying to convince the teacher to let us watch Up. I just watched Up last block. /sigh
