(no subject)

So there was totally a post about Atlas Shrugged and Pottermore (mostly Atlas Shrugged, because if I have to read the entire stupid thing I am definitely going to want to rant about it) but then LJ decided to do something stupid and ate it! (I knew I shouldn't have gotten rid of the add-on that saved all my text-box text.)

Suffice it to say that I still haven't gotten my Pottermore email yet and that Atlas Shrugged is the most monumentally boring book I have ever read. And I've read the entire Sword of Truth series. (Come to think of it, that might be why I can't stand Atlas Shrugged.) Rearden and Dagny are, so far, the only particularly interesting characters, and nothing will convince me that Francisco d'Anconia is not an evil mastermind trolling the country to destroy it so that he can rebuild it in his own image. (Spoilers: That sentence is only partially true, but the book would be better if it were entirely true.)

Okay, let's see if this works. So earlier I was complaining talking about Atlas Shrugged; more specifically, I was talking about how I was talking about it.

This time let's see if I can't just talk about it!
